1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The product must include original packaging, tags, and accessories

  • Return requests must be made within 7–14 days of receiving your order

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized products (custom size, design, or logo)

  • Used or damaged items after delivery

  • Items returned without original packaging or tags

  • Clearance or final sale products (if mentioned at checkout)

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong product or size)

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

4. Return Process

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to an error from HOK Dream (wrong or defective item).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for safe returns.

6. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

Approved Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method

Please note: Bank or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.

7. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:
