The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
The product must include original packaging, tags, and accessories
Return requests must be made within 7–14 days of receiving your order
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
Custom-made or personalized products (custom size, design, or logo)
Used or damaged items after delivery
Items returned without original packaging or tags
Clearance or final sale products (if mentioned at checkout)
If you receive an item that is:

Defective
Incorrect (wrong product or size)
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
